








1231 Class 122 Br Blue/Grey Single Car DMU M55009
Built in 1958, the class 122 diesel railcars were primarily used for suburban work on the London Midland region and some even made it as far as running on Scotish routes. This design of single car units were nicknamed "Bubble Cars" by railway enthusiasts. In 1968 some of the Class 122 units were converted to carry parcels and reclassified to Class 131.
