Our highly detailed, popular TT:120 TTA Tanker returns with a new livery. This fantastic model is based on the CAD from the acclaimed OO version, which features intricate catwalk, ladder and underframe detailing.

Decorated using accurate colours and numerous printed labels and warning stickers, this new range of TTA Tankers will look amazing mixed in with the previous colourful TTA releases and sat behind locos such as the Class 37 and 66.

This triple pack of TTA Tankers depicts No.57484, 57485 and 57486 in Procor/Amoco Grey livery, which ran during the 1980s when Procor UK Ltd took over the BRT operations and began branding their wagons with the new name.

Model Specification:

  • Expertly detailed models of the TTA Tank Wagon based on highly acclaimed OO Gauge version
  • Wealth of separate parts, like the etched metal roof catwalk and ladder, as well as underframe brake equipment
  • Metal buffers.

Tooling:

  • 35T chassis
  • Single end ladder
  • 3 hole disc wheels.

Livery:

  • Procor/Amoco Grey livery
  • Still features previous owner ‘BRT’ decals
  • Various brightly coloured warning labels
  • Semi-gloss finish
  • Era 8.

History:

The ‘TTA’ was introduced by BR in the 1960s, their 45-ton carrying capacity being more than double that of their predecessors. They were still being built into the 1970s and some examples remained in service until the early 2000s. 

Each wagon in the triple-pack carries a different fleet number to allow authentic train formations.
